TunA’s existing dashboards were powerful in data depth but difficult to use. Operators faced cluttered interfaces, redundant information, and unfiltered alerts that obscured critical insights. The lack of role-specific views made it hard for SREs, DevOps, and IT-Ops teams to act efficiently.

The challenge was to redesign the dashboards to be clear, relevant, and adaptable to diverse operational workflows.
