context.
challenge.
Research identified three core issues
Navigation pain points: Inonsistent information architecture and UI patterns made workflows confusion.
Alerg overload: Operators experienced fatigue from false positives and shallow context.
Lack of flexibility: A single dashboard layout failed to support different user roles (e.g. Dev.Ops, SRE, IT managers).

The goal for this project was to improve tje TunA dashboard's usability and align features to distinct operator roles (SRE, DeveOps, IT ops), while also improving compatibility with other LG CNS solutions (LENA, UXM, J-Jobs).
Project Goal: Redesign TunA’s dashboard experience to improve usability, visibility, and efficiency and lay the groundwork for customizable, role-specific dashboards.
